- Cleaning staff thoroughly wash hands with sanitizer (min. 60% alcohol) or soap and water before and after each cleaning
- Cleaning staff use disposable gloves and throw out gloves after each cleaning, and wash hands after removing gloves
- The condo is ventilated before cleaning. Fresh air is circulated for at least 30 minutes.
- Frequently touched surfaces are cleaned and disinfected.
- Dirt is removed from Carpets, Sofas, Drapes and soft, porous surfaces, then appropriate cleaner is used for the material.
- All linens are removed and washed at the highest recommended manufacturer settings. This includes sheets, pillow cases, blankets, hand and bath towels/mats, kitchen towels/pot holders. Protective gloves are used.
- Proper disinfectant and cleaning products with at least 60% alcohol are used in line with EPA’s approved list of products
